Now story goes like this. Two players were playing a game of Diablo II online. They were not sitting together but were in the same lobby of the game where they could communicate over headsets. Now for some odd reason the lobby wasn't password protected so someone else came in and looted some of the valuables from one of those players.
From there the situation escalated and things started to heat up. Joshua Spellman is awaiting trial at the moment for the second degree murder. The reason is simple, he had a gun near him and used it to kill his friend. Spellman 36 years old and his friend Andrew Dickson 34 years old. They had been friends for the last 26 years. Spellman took Andrew Dickson's life and a friend.
Dickson keep on yelling and cursing due to which Spellman got enraged himself. Spellman did ask Dickson to stop and warned him that he has a gun and will shoot him down. Dickson didn't stop, Spellman went over to his house in the property and shot him in the torso. Dickson was taken to the hospital but he couldn't recover from his injuries.
Spellman's bail is set at $750,000.
