Digital Extremes’ president, Sheldon Carter, mentioned that while Destiny players are shrinking, Warframe has been enjoying solid growth lately. It’s interesting to hear that the team is actually mourning Destiny 2’s end, given how many developers probably transitioned from that to Warframe. I’ve been a casual player of Warframe myself, and it’s great to see it getting the love it deserves. Plus, with new projects like Soulframe in the works, I’m excited to see where they take the looter-shooter genre next!
