So, the director of Shang-Chi, Destin Daniel Cretton, recently opened up about how he felt when the big Avengers: Kang Dynasty movie got shelved. Apparently, he was pretty gutted, and it's all because Jonathan Majors got the boot, leading them to scrap the whole Kang storyline and bring in Dr. Doom as the new main antagonist instead. He's moved on to direct the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is awesome, but it still makes you wonder about all that build-up for Kang, right? The next big team-up is now Avengers: Doomsday.
