Yaar, just read something about Valve and the Steam Machine's RAM situation, and it's absolutely INSANE! Apparently, Valve has ZERO bargaining power with these few giant RAM companies; they basically just give Valve a monthly price and say "take it or leave it," and if they say no, they're cut off completely. It turns out the explosive growth of the AI industry is hoarding all the memory components, driving prices THROUGH THE ROOF and directly impacting consumer electronics like the Steam Machine's final price tag! This is actually WILD and makes me SO worried about future console prices for PS5/Xbox – imagine how much more expensive they might get for us here in Pakistan. It's truly mind-boggling how much control these memory giants have over the entire gaming hardware market, and our wallets are definitely NOT ready for this.
