Hey guys, saw this bit about Josh Sawyer, the director behind Fallout: New Vegas and Pentiment. Apparently, he's basically done with his "dream projects" list and is now mostly focused on just working with good people. But, if someone were to drop a "dumpster-truck full of cash" on him, he'd be up for making a spiritual successor to an obscure 1992 RPG called Darklands, because he's not sure there's even a market for it. Man, imagine needing a literal truckload of money for a passion project when most of us are just trying to scrape together enough for the next sale on a AAA title! Talk about first-world problems for game devs, hah. Meanwhile, I'm over here just dreaming of a GPU that doesn't cost a kidney.
