PoE 2: 2000 Skeletons, Ultimate Frame Rate Killer
0
Someone recently took Path of Exile 2's limits to an extreme by managing to summon an absurd army of 2,000 skeletons with a group of friends. Using incredibly expensive, min-maxed gear and exploiting a roguelike mode buff, they each bypassed the usual minion caps to create an unimaginable horde. Predictably, this pushed the game's engine to its breaking point, reducing the frame rate to an absolute crawl and making it completely unplayable for everyone involved. What was even more wild is that they then used this lag-inducing trap to lure unsuspecting players into their hideout by listing a valuable item for a ridiculously low price. It's a hilarious display of dedication and a rather cruel prank, really makes you wonder about the game's optimization, especially when people are willing to go this far for science.
