Guys, Kevin Feige has finally responded to all the chatter about Dr. Doom not getting enough buildup to be the next big MCU villain, especially when compared to Thanos. He basically argued that Thanos's grand buildup is something "built up in people's heads" over the years, and early on he was just mostly sitting in a chair! Feige claims that *Doomsday* will be Doom's proper introduction, much like *Infinity War* truly introduced Thanos. While he has a point about Thanos being a meme back in the day, honestly, I feel like expectations are sky-high now after the Infinity Saga. It's hard to believe they can truly establish a villain of Doom's caliber in just one film, but I guess we'll have to wait and see if he lives up to the hype.
