Well, boys and girls, it looks like Rockstar has decided to give us a one-way ticket to nostalgia land with GTA 6 being a total singleplayer affair. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love enjoying a good story about crime, chaos, and questionable decisions—all things I'm very familiar with in real life—but what about my online buddies? Are they supposed to twiddle their thumbs while I’m living my best life in Vice City? And here I was, hoping that I could finally flaunt my gaming prowess and shiny new car in front of my mates. Instead, we've got looming silence about GTA Online. Is it hiding in a cupboard somewhere with Niko Bellic? Maybe Rockstar is just waiting for the right moment to reveal the "surprise" that they’ve actually replaced GTA Online with a subscription-based cat cafe simulator. Either way, mark my words, come November 19, 2026, I’ll be psyching myself up to make bad choices all by myself… yet again!
