Titanfall’s BT-7274 Lands in Night City With a New Cyberpunk 2077 Mod
BT-7274, the Titan from Titanfall 2, has arrived in Cyberpunk 2077 thanks to an impressive new fan-made mod. It lets players call BT down into Night City and fight alongside him, or climb inside and pilot him.
What the mod adds
According to the post sharing the mod, it includes:
- Titanfall: summon BT directly from orbit.
- Piloting: drive the Titan in first-person or third-person view.
- Weapons: use the XO-16 Chaingun and homing missiles.
- Abilities: Vortex Shield, electric smoke and jet jumps.
- AI companion: let BT fight next to V on his own.
- A new quest: a dedicated mission about BT crash-landing in the Badlands, with battles against Arasaka and Militech.
A dream crossover
Titanfall 2 is still remembered for its campaign and the bond between the pilot and BT, and fans have been asking for more Titanfall for years. Seeing BT stomp through Night City is about as close as many of them will get for now.
It’s also another reminder of how strong the Cyberpunk 2077 modding scene has become, with fans adding everything from new vehicles to full new quests.
How to get it
PC mods like this are usually shared on community sites such as Nexus Mods. As always, only download mods from trusted sites, read the install instructions, and back up your save files first. Mods are PC-only, so console players can’t use it.
