Nana’s Chai Van is one of our own games, and it might be the cosiest thing we’ve made. Three years ago Nana’s chai van went quiet. Now the hatch is open again, Nani is at your side, and all of Lahore is hungry.
It’s a warm, story-driven cooking game about a grandchild reopening their late grandfather’s food van.
Cook it yourself
Brew chai in Nana’s own pot, flip parathas on the tawa, fry samosas and pakoras in the kadhai, and serve the customers lining up at your hatch. Every customer wants something a little different: strong, sweet, less sugar, with cardamom. And turn the parathas before they burn.
A real van, a real city
Every morning starts in Nani’s garage: stock the pantry shelf, load the van, then drive across a little painted Lahore, past the Minar, the cricket ground and the canal, to the street of the day. Roll up the shutter, chalk the menu, ring the bell, and open for business.
