If you’ve ever told yourself you’re “saving Primogems this time,” only to cave the second a new five-star appears—welcome to the club. In Genshin Impact, banners rotate constantly, and keeping track of what’s live (and what’s coming next) is essential if you want to plan your pulls wisely.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the current banners, next banners, weapon banners, Chronicled Wish, and the full banner history, all updated for version 6.4.
How Genshin Impact Banners Work
Limited-time banners in Genshin Impact are called Event Wishes, and they typically run for around three weeks per phase. These banners require Intertwined Fate for pulls (aka “Wishes”).
If you’re using Acquaint Fate, you’re pulling on the standard banner instead. Since limited five-star characters are harder to obtain than permanent ones, most players convert Primogems into Intertwined Fate to prepare for Event banners.
And yes—your Primogems are never truly safe.

Version 6.4 offers strong value whether you’re chasing meta picks or personal favorites.
Final Thoughts

With Varka’s debut, multiple Cryo reruns, and a Mondstadt-themed Chronicled Wish, version 6.4 is shaping up to be a Primogem-heavy update.
Plan wisely… or don’t. Teyvat has a way of draining savings either way.
