Spider-Man 2 Welcomes a Fresh New Look from the Movies

With just over a month to go before our favorite web-slinger swings back into theaters in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Insomniac Games is gearing up to add a brand new outfit to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. This free update will introduce Peter Parker’s latest cinematic costume to the game.

The developers took to social media to announce that the “Fresh Start” suit will be available starting July 28, just in time for the movie’s release on July 31. This fresh look was first teased at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home back in 2021, where we saw Peter donning a more comic-book-inspired outfit after some epic multiverse adventures.

While we’re still waiting to hear if Tom Holland will reprise his role as Spider-Man in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, it seems pretty likely that we’ll see him in action again. If he ends up flaunting another new outfit in the film, we could be in for yet another update for Spider-Man 2!

In addition to this exciting update, fans should know that Marvel’s Spider-Man 3 is already in the works. But that’s not all! Insomniac Games is also taking a leap into a different superhero universe with the much-anticipated Marvel’s Wolverine.
