Alienware Unveils Cutting-Edge 39-Inch OLED Gaming Monitor
Get ready, gamers! Alienware has just rolled out an eye-popping new gaming monitor that’s sure to catch your attention. The AW3926QW is a massive 39-inch super ultrawide OLED display, and it boasts some seriously impressive tech under the hood.
This monitor is built on a brand-new RGB stripe technology that promises to deliver brighter visuals and sharper text compared to standard OLED displays, without losing any of that vibrant color accuracy we all love. The RGB stripe design lines up the red, green, and blue subpixels vertically, which helps combat any annoying color fringing that can happen when you’re peering closely at the screen. And guess what? Other brands like Asus and MSI are jumping on this tech too, so it’s becoming quite the trend!
The AW3926QW doesn’t just stop at its high-tech panel. It features a 1500R curvature and a stunning 5,120×2,160 resolution. With peak brightness hitting up to 1,300 nits, plus support for Dolby Vision, it’s aimed at delivering an immersive gaming experience. Plus, it’s equipped with nifty screen-tearing prevention tech like Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. For those interested in refresh rates, you can expect a peak of 330Hz at 1080p or 165Hz at native resolution. Talk about a powerhouse!
But wait, there’s more! This monitor also comes with a built-in KVM switch, which lets you control multiple systems with just one keyboard and mouse setup. As for connectivity, you’ll find a range of ports at the back, including DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 ports (one with eARC support), and a 10Gbps USB-C port capable of 90W output. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack tucked away nicely in the design.
In addition to the AW3926QW, Alienware has unveiled another gem: the AW3426DW. This 34-inch QD-OLED monitor features a 280Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 3,440×1,440. It’s a step up from last year’s model, sporting a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and a tighter curve of 1500R. While pricing details are still under wraps, the previous model retailed at $800 (approx. Rs 224,000), so keep an eye out!
Additionally, Alienware has announced two more displays: a 34-inch model priced at $399.99 (approx. Rs 112,000) and a 32-inch option for $299.99 (approx. Rs 84,000). Both will come with 240Hz refresh rates and VA panels, available in July.
With these new releases, Alienware is clearly making waves in the gaming monitor scene, bringing top-notch features and performance to players everywhere. Stay tuned for more updates on pricing and availability!
