Discovering Red Zones and Key Locations in Pragmata

In Pragmata, the Red Zones stand out as some of the toughest combat arenas, promising fantastic rewards for those brave enough to dive in. But before you can take on these challenges, you’ll need to track down the elusive Red Gate Keys that grant you access. It all begins in Sector 2: Mass Production Array, where you’ll find the first key, but don’t be fooled into thinking all keys are nestled nearby; they can often be scattered far and wide. Let’s break down all the Red Zone and Gate Key locations you need to know!

First off, it’s crucial to understand that any Red Gate Key can unlock any Red Zone. While some keys might be conveniently located next to a Red Zone, others require a bit of hunting. Not every Red Zone has a key right next to it, so be prepared to dig into Cabin Stamp Club bingo sheets for some of these keys. Sometimes, backtracking after finishing a level is necessary, so keep that in mind.

Here’s a list of Red Gate Key locations in Pragmata, arranged by when you can first access them:

  • Sector 2: Inside a café in the Shopping District, found on the Trainee bingo board (second column, third row) and the Associate bingo board (fourth column, third row).
  • Sector 3: At the Eco Modelling Lab, check a laptop on the upper walkway past the second Gen Chip (on the Specialist bingo board, second column, second row).
  • Sector 4: In the lab at the Main Excavation Site, next to the Logistics Management Escape Hatch (found on the Director bingo board, both second and fourth columns).
  • Sector 6: After riding the second elevator to the Research Sector, you’ll find a room with a key.

Let’s dive into the Red Zones!

Sector 2: Mass Production Array

There are two Red Zones here. In the Shopping District, once IDUS locks down the street, head to the side street where you’ll be ambushed. The first Red Zone is straightforward to conquer. After taking out the enemies, loot the chest to snag your first Pure Lunum upgrade material.

Next up, in the Business District, find the red barrier after opening the Escape Hatch from the Side Alley. You won’t find a nearby Red Gate Key, so snag one from the Trainee bingo sheet and remember to collect Safe Boxes for Cabin Coins. Completing this Red Zone nets you the Pocket Refinery mod.

Sector 3: Terra Dome

In the Terra Dome, you’ll find two Red Zones. The first, at the Plant Factory, requires you to navigate through decontamination chambers. No key is nearby, so grab one from the Associate bingo board. Completing the Red Zone rewards you with another Pure Lunum.

The Eco Modeling Lab features another Red Zone right by the Escape Hatch. You can find a Red Gate Key on a laptop nearby. Beat this challenge and earn the Collateral Damage mod!

Sector 4: Lunum Mines

Before tackling two Red Zones here, you’ll have to deal with the Luna Digger. First up is the Warehouse Red Zone, located next to the Warehouse Entrance Escape Hatch. Like before, you’ll need to backtrack to find another Red Gate Key in the Main Excavation Site. Beat this arena for more Pure Lunum and a Storage Expander.

Sector 6: Central Port

In the final level, you’ll encounter two more Red Zones, and good news: you can grab the keys beforehand. The first Red Zone is just past the lasers in the Regolith Lab. This arena features flying enemies, so equip the Impact Barrier for added protection. Complete it to earn two Pure Lunum.

The last Red Zone is found in the Lunafilament Lab, behind a door under the staircase. With high-level robots lurking, make sure you’re armed with plenty of AoE weapons. Defeat the enemies to claim yet another Pure Lunum and a Storage Expander for Diana’s hacking gauge!

With this knowledge, you’re now ready to take on the Red Zones in Pragmata. Good luck, and may your gaming adventures be epic!
