GameSir Drops Two Retro-Inspired G7 Pro Controllers Just in Time for the Next Grand Theft Auto

The hype for the next Grand Theft Auto title is absolutely massive, and it’s no surprise that everyone in the gaming world – from developers to accessory makers – wants a piece of the action. While Rockstar Games is keeping a tight lid on official partnerships, smart brands are finding creative ways to tap into that iconic Vice City vibe, giving gamers something special to look forward to.

Enter GameSir, a name many of you might already know for their solid controllers. They’ve just unveiled two stunning new editions of their popular G7 Pro gamepad, and let’s just say they perfectly capture that neon-soaked, palm tree paradise aesthetic without ever needing to mention “Grand Theft Auto” by name. It’s a clever move, and the controllers themselves look fantastic.

Channeling the Vice City Spirit: Sunset Boulevard & Ocean Breeze

GameSir is introducing two distinct styles for their G7 Pro, each designed to evoke memories of a particular sun-drenched, crime-filled metropolis. First up is the Sunset Boulevard Edition, which features a vibrant, brighter pink faceplate. Imagine those iconic twilight hues reflecting off polished chrome as you cruise down a virtual strip – that’s the vibe this controller is going for.

Then we have the Ocean Breeze Edition. This one takes a slightly different approach, offering a lighter, almost brushed steel aesthetic. It brings to mind those serene coastal drives, with a cool, refreshing feel that perfectly complements the overall retro-futuristic theme. Both editions boast a metallic, pearlescent finish that truly makes them stand out, looking far more premium than their price tag might suggest. It’s refreshing to see a brand deliver such a high-quality aesthetic without hiking up the cost, especially when everyone else seems to be trying to cash in on the GTA 6 frenzy.

Why the GameSir G7 Pro is a Fan Favorite

The G7 Pro isn’t just getting new paint jobs; it’s already a highly regarded controller in its own right. Gamers love it for its impressive feature set and excellent performance, often at a price point that doesn’t break the bank. If you’re an Xbox player, or primarily game on PC, this controller has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, PlayStation 5 users are out of luck, as GameSir hasn’t officially entered the PS5 accessory ecosystem yet.

But for those who can use it, the G7 Pro packs a punch. Here are some of the reasons it’s earned its reputation:

• GameSir Mag-Res™ TMR Sticks: These magnetic hall effect sticks offer incredible precision and virtually eliminate stick drift, a common nightmare for gamers.
• Wireless Capability: Enjoy the freedom of wireless gaming without being tethered to your console or PC.
• Charging Stand: Keep your controller powered up and ready to go with a convenient included charging stand.
• Responsive Buttons: Equipped with microswitch buttons, the G7 Pro delivers a satisfying click and extremely fast response times.
• 1000Hz Polling Rate: Experience minimal input lag with a super-fast polling rate, ensuring every command is registered instantly.
• Dual-Mode Triggers: Switch between micro-switch triggers for rapid-fire actions in shooters or Hall Effect analog triggers for precise control in racing games.
• Extra Remappable Buttons: Four additional buttons on the back and bumpers offer incredible customization options, giving you an edge in competitive play.

These features combined make the G7 Pro a versatile and powerful choice for a wide range of games, from intense multiplayer sessions to immersive single-player adventures.

Availability and What It Means for Your Gaming Setup

Both the Sunset Boulevard and Ocean Breeze editions of the GameSir G7 Pro are currently available for pre-order. GameSir has indicated that these controllers will begin shipping in November 2026. While a specific date hasn’t been locked down, it’s clear the goal is to get these vibrant gamepads into players’ hands right around the time the highly anticipated next Grand Theft Auto title is expected to launch, rumored to be around November 19, 2026.

Considering the sheer excitement building up for the game, having a controller that perfectly matches its aesthetic could significantly enhance the immersion. It’s a small detail, but for many gamers, these touches make a big difference in creating the ultimate gaming setup.

For Pakistani gamers, this launch presents an exciting opportunity to grab a premium-feeling controller that not only performs exceptionally but also looks incredibly stylish. As the next big open-world adventure approaches, having the right gear can make all the difference, and these GameSir G7 Pro editions definitely stand out from the crowd.
