GTA VI Launch Confirmed for November 19 – No Delays This Time!

Good news, gamers! The highly awaited Grand Theft Auto VI is officially set to hit the shelves on November 19, according to Take-Two Interactive’s latest fiscal briefing. After a rollercoaster ride of delays – first pushed to May 2026 and then further adjustments – it seems like we can finally mark our calendars for this big date!

There had been whispers circulating about another potential delay, especially given Rockstar’s history with release schedules. Plus, it’s been a while since we’ve seen a fresh trailer for the game, making fans a bit anxious. However, Take-Two’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, squashed those concerns during the briefing, stating, “We believe fiscal 2027 will set new records for our performance, thanks to the November 19 launch of Grand Theft Auto VI and our overall business strategy.” Sounds promising, right?

During a chat with Variety, Zelnick also touched on the topic of pricing, but he kept tight-lipped about any announcements regarding how much players should expect to pay. Earlier reports suggested that the game might be priced around $80, so keep that in mind as we approach launch!

And if you’re excited about marketing campaigns, Zelnick mentioned that promotional activities for the game will kick off this summer. With summer starting on June 21 in the US, we can expect to see some sneak peeks soon. There’s even a chance that we might catch some GTA VI ads during the FIFA World Cup 26, which will take place from June 11 to July 19. That would definitely be a sight!

For all the console players out there, mark your calendars: GTA VI is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, but keep in mind that a PC version won’t be available at the same time. So, who’s counting down the days?
