Mastering the Festival Loop Speed Zone in Forza Horizon 6

Hey, Forza fans! If you’re diving into the Theory of Evolution challenge in Forza Horizon 6’s Series 2, you’ll need to snag three stars in the Festival Loop speed zone using the 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR TM. But before you can speed through, finding that tricky speed zone on the bustling map is your first challenge.

The Festival Loop is located at the southern edge of the Horizon Festival grounds, right in the heart of the Ohtani region. Just look for the red sign with two cameras—it’s pretty distinctive! This spot features a brief stretch of dirt (with a bit of snow if you’re playing in the winter), and it only has two turns. You can kick off the challenge from either end of this stretch.

Now, to ace the Theory of Evolution challenge, you’ll need to maintain an average speed of 90 mph to earn those coveted three stars. The stock B-class Lancer might not cut it for this task, so I highly recommend upgrading it to S1 for better speed and handling. Don’t forget to equip rally or snow tires! If you’re not keen on manually upgrading, there’s an auto-upgrade option available, but I personally found success with KapienPL’s dirt tuning setup—it’s solid! You can use the share code: 129 741 033 to download it directly.

On the straights, feel free to press that accelerator down hard, but do take it easy around the two corners to avoid spinning out or getting bogged down in the deeper snow. Since the speed zone is relatively short, maintaining a high average speed is totally doable if you stick to the dirt path. Good luck out there, and may your racing be as thrilling as ever!
