Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour Team Up Again for New Netflix Thriller

Even though Stranger Things has wrapped up, fans can look forward to seeing Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour back together in an exciting new thriller on Netflix. According to reports, this upcoming series draws inspiration from the novel “A Spy in the Blood” by Paul Warner.

In this fresh storyline, David Harbour plays the role of Matt Wolfe, a disgraced FBI agent who’s turned into a security expert. However, when his estranged daughter, Rebecca—played by Millie Bobby Brown—who’s now an ambitious FBI agent like her dad, goes missing during a mission, Matt finds himself thrust back into a world he thought he had left behind. This time, the stakes are higher and the field has changed significantly since he last operated in it.

The showrunner for this project will be Jack Thorne, known for his work on the hit series Adolescence, which holds the title of the second most popular show on Netflix. The series is being produced by the acclaimed A24 studio.

This announcement comes just six months after the final season of Stranger Things, where Brown and Harbour portrayed the beloved duo of Eleven and Hopper for nearly a decade. While Harbour’s character received a satisfying conclusion, we all know that Brown’s telekinetic Eleven had a much more tumultuous journey.

“Father-daughter is where we thrive, and Netflix will always feel like home to us,” Brown shared about their new collaboration. Harbour even hinted at their reunion in a recent chat, saying, “You’ll be seeing more of Millie and me. Ten years just wasn’t enough!”
