Unlocking the Ultimate Vampire Crawlers Build: Mortaccio’s Bone-Tastic Strategy
Hey gamers! Have you been sinking your teeth into Vampire Crawlers? If you haven’t already heard, there’s a killer build that’s making waves, and trust me, it’s a total game-changer! Forget about the usual grind; this setup is so effective, it feels like the game plays itself. Let’s dive into the bones of the matter!
Meet Mortaccio, the skeletal sensation you can unlock by taking down a whopping 444 skeletons. Equipped with Bone cards and some nifty armor, this little guy ups your Amount stat every time you play a blue card. Sounds cool, right? Well, it gets even better.
To dominate the battlefield, the key is simple: flood your enemies with Bones. Start your run with the intention of playing as many armor cards as possible. Pair this with the “Your Shield My Liege” Arcana, which keeps your armor active, and you’ll find Mortaccio becomes an invincible force on the field.
Once you kick off a match, make it your mission to snag a Spellbinder card. Why? Because it costs 0 Mana and extends your Duration by 2, allowing Mortaccio to stick around. You definitely don’t want to let him go! To further enhance this, look for Duration-boosting gems that’ll keep the party going.
With Mortaccio in play, every time you apply armor, you’ll be generating even more Bones. And guess what? Bones are free to play! Combine them with Golden Armor for some serious defense, and bolster this setup with Duplicator cards to unleash a storm of skeletal power on your foes.
As you dive deeper into the dungeons, you’ll want to amp up your Might, Area, and Amount stats to ensure your Bones stay relevant. If you manage to grab a Reverse Combo gem, apply it to your Golden Armor for that extra damage boost on your Bone cards. Trust me, this strategy will have you breezing through tougher levels.
When it comes to single-target enemies, like bosses, your Bones might not bounce around as effectively. So, it’s a smart move to pick something that costs two Mana to create combos with Golden Armor. My personal go-to is the Holy Wand—perfect for those tougher encounters.
Keep stacking gems like Echo and Copy, which allow you to unleash a ridiculous number of Bones each turn. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for a Clover card; its Luck buffs can help you discover even more powerful gems to enhance your gameplay.
Finally, top everything off with a Bracer to expand your hand size and load up on extra blue Armor or Pummarola cards to trigger Mortaccio’s skills. With this setup, you’ll sweep through even the most challenging dungeons with ease! I’m sure there are other builds out there, but for now, I’m too bone-headed to try anything else. Happy gaming!
