That's fixed.</div><div><br></div><div>What you get now: an alert when someone replies to your thread, mentions you,</div><div>asks about one of your listings, or when something is announced — whether or</div><div>not the site is open.</div><div><br></div><div>**Turning them on**</div><div><br></div><div>- **Website / Android:** tap the <img role="img" class="emoji" alt="🔔" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/svg/1f514.svg"> on the forums page and allow. That's it.</div><div>- **In the app:** bell icon → ⚙ → *Enable push alerts*.</div><div><br></div><div>**If it says notifications are blocked** — that's the old button's fault. Your</div><div>browser remembers the refusal and won't ask twice, so it needs one manual reset:</div><div><br></div><div>1. Tap the lock icon at the left of the address bar</div><div>2. Permissions → Notifications</div><div>3. Set it to **Allow**, then tap the <img role="img" class="emoji" alt="🔔" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/svg/1f514.svg"> again</div><div><br></div><div>**You can turn them off just as easily** — tap the <img role="img" class="emoji" alt="🔔" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/svg/1f514.svg"> again and they stop. It's</div><div>per-device, so switching them off on your phone doesn't affect your laptop.</div><div><br></div>
