Alright gamers, get a load of this drama: the massive Skyblivion mod, which is basically remaking Oblivion inside Skyrim, is apparently getting sued. The project lead revealed a former volunteer is taking legal action because their contributions were excised from the mod. Seriously, can you imagine working on a *free* fan project only to face a lawsuit from someone who *volunteered* their time, over work that was removed? It's like getting served papers because you deleted your friend's notoriously buggy custom map from your server after they quit playing. Who knew the biggest hurdle for a community-driven remake wouldn't be bugs or scope creep, but actual legal battles over free labor? My mind is blown.
